So yep its only been three days not that I'm counting or anything bahahaha! Nah seriously I'm not that focussed on dpo really this month...honestly I'm not. Just expecting AF to show up Sunday week away like usual so that helps with the tww - I've figured that the trick with the tww is to not actually wait lol!!
Anywho regardless of that I'm struggling a little with keeping my emotions in check re this whole situation of getting pregnant or in my case not...I keep telling myself its ok, and the fact the my fella's back/hip problems are a good excuse right now and has taken the pressure off and it honestly it has. My issue (issue might be too strong a word here but I don't know what else to write) is that everytime I hear from my friend who is pregnant (and got pregnant 2nd mth ttc) I just want to scream about how jealous I am and how I wish it were me. I don't know why it bothers me so much after all she's 11wks now which means I've had 7 to get used to the idea. I was one of the first to know as we were on similar places in our cycles and were due for AF on the same weekend so she told me pretty much as soon as she knew.
I love her to bits and its so exciting that she's having a baby but I just want to cry into my milk or whatever.
Some days I feel like its eating me alive!! Its just not a healthy way to feel - well I don't think so.
She has a scan at 13wks and they are planning on telling everyone after that so maybe that will ease it. Sometimes I wonder if its the keeping it a secret which is most upsetting me and when our group of friends know then I will feel some relief.
Fingers crossed for that huh!
Back to the dpo - day 3 don't feel much of anything apart from gassey as but that could be due to baked beans for lunch yest (TMI!!!!). Looking at last mths count down to pregnancy chart this was the day that my nips start hurting and in about 3-4 days is when I get the major crankys that commonly occur a week before AF (lol something to look forward to). Meh whatever - better things to worry about that what the body is up to.
Only have two days left of our break before school goes back so the focus is on enjoying them :)
